The best way to find out if a building is pet friendly is to ask. The Hawaii Humane Society does keep a list of pet friendly buildings, which is constantly being updated to reflect new policies as well as the many great condos that are being built. If you are a pet owner, it is crucial that you make sure that it is clear to the building that you will be bringing a pet – they may even have advice on how to best execute the process of relocating.

Some of the pet-friendly buildings to be are aware of include: Hokua Honolulu, Waikiki Landmark, Canterbury Place, Waikiki Beach Tower and Hawaiki Tower. These buildings are all part of the selection of properties handled by CENTURY 21 Hawaiian Style.

Remember that despite being pet friendly, buildings will have their own rules about approvals, how to curb your pets, and also integrate them into the community.

Keep checking the Humane Society website for the latest updates on pet friendly buildings by visiting http://www.hawaiianhumane.org/index.asp or contact CENTURY 21 Hawaiian Style
